Four restaurants make up the dining scene. One’s a waterfront à la carte place doing creative Med fare*, the other’s a Cretan taverna* that uses local olive oil and herbs grown in the nearby mountains. Meanwhile, the Bacchus Restaurant's good for al fresco breakfasts, while the Adeste serves more Cretan food in mezze form – at an extra charge.
La Bouillabaisse Mediterranean à la carte restaurant:
Gourmet restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine with outdoor covered terrace overlooking the sea. You'll receive a discount for dinner here if you're on Half Board - just make yourself known when you're seated. As it's mainly open-air, this restaurant may not be open in bad weather. There's a dress code at this hotel, it's full-length trousers for men during evening meals.
Bacchus buffet restaurant:
Set at the top of the property in the main building, with a covered outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and out to Mirabello Bay. Buffet spreads are laid out for breakfast and dinner. There's a dress code at this hotel, it's full-length trousers for men for evening meals.
Dionyssos lobby bar:
Look out for the Cocktail of the Evening. Located in the main building, with modern Greek décor and cushioned window seats. Usually open 5pm until late.
Ibiscus pool bar:
Opening Times: [10.30-18.30]
Sip a cocktail on one of the stools around the bar, or lounge at one of the tables on the grassy area around the pool terrace. As it's open-air, the pool bar may be closed if the weather's bad.
A la carte dining:
Available in La Bouillabaisse and Terpis. Discounts apply if you've booked Half Board.
Pure lounge bar:
Serving drinks and light snacks right on the ocean's edge, the Pure lounge bar is an ultra-modern all-white space with oversized, comfortable outdoor seating. Open in the day from 11am, June to September.
Terpis Cretan restaurant:
Open for lunch with mainly buffet offerings, but occasional à la carte menu and daily specials, plus plenty of shaded outdoor seating on the terrace or under the trees. This taverna may be closed if the weather isn't great, as it's a mainly outdoor setting. Just to let you know there's a dress code at this hotel, it's full-length trousers for men for evening meals.

Kafeneion Adeste - Greek meze:
