Things to see and do

Lake Levico has lots to see and do. Don’t miss the natural thermal sprigs of Levico Therme. They've been attracting visitors, including the Austrian Royal family, since the 16th Century — you can stop by the museum in Parco delle Terme to learn about the history. Or, why not see for yourself? Several of our hotels use the thermal waters in their pools and spas.

Art lovers will enjoy the open-air art gallery Arte Sella. It’s a creative enclave in an Alpine valley near Levico. Explore the art trail and spot beautiful works made from natural materials.

Food & drink

Try the local wine. The region’s producers come together in Levico Terme for a celebration of wine at the Festival Dell'uva in early September. It’s a great time to visit with local wine tastings, food stalls and live music.

Activities

Levico is a cyclist’s paradise. With about 97 bike trails in the surrounding hills and mountains, you’ll be spoilt for choice. If you’re more into long distance road biking you’ll love the 80 kilometre Valsugana cycle path – it runs alongside a train line making the return home easy.

The lake's clear waters are perfect for anyone who enjoys a wild swim. Both Lake Levico and nearby Lake Caldonazzo have nice public beaches were you can access the water. Relax on the beach or why not try out some water sports? Paddleboards, kayaks and pedalos are available to hire locally.

If you’re heading here for a walking holiday, you’ll have plenty of routes to explore. From strolling along the lake shore to more adventurous hiking in the Lagorai Mountains. Discover the unspoiled landscapes and visit the WWF Valtrigona Oasis, a specially protected nature park.
